The location offers beautiful views of the area.
I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. The staff misled us about the cash deposit requirement, and the entire process felt humiliating.

Where it excels and where it fails
The stunning views from the balcony were a major highlight, allowing for a peaceful retreat. The lobby exuded vintage charm, making me feel at home and welcomed.
The breakfast options were mediocre at best, lacking in variety and quality. Additionally, the beds were excessively firm and definitely not comfortable for a good night's rest.

The breathtaking views from the balcony were simply delightful, and the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas made me feel right at home. Such a charming atmosphere. it reminded me of my grandmother's cozy house.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be lovely.

Fantastic breakfast options and an incredible view from the balcony made the stay memorable. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, the inability to adjust the thermostat was a minor inconvenience, but cracking the balcony door helped manage the warmth. The location was ideal for exploring, with a beautiful view of the bridge and town. Overall, it was a delightful experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

I had a short one-night stay for a little R&R, and while the room was a bit small, it was comfortable enough for sleeping. The location is fantastic—right next to the historic downtown area—making it easy to walk to great shops and eateries. The ambiance of the place was pleasant, and I appreciated the cleanliness and the nice view of Madison from my balcony. Overall, it was a decent stay despite a couple of minor annoyances.

Amazing views from the balcony!
We spent a night here and the room was pretty nice! The balcony was awesome. I loved grabbing my morning coffee and soaking in the river views. The staff was friendly, but the check-in took longer than expected, which was annoying. Also, the outdoor dining area was a nice touch for breakfast.

It was just a top selection for a weekend break in Madison with decent value for money. The desk staff were very courteous during our stay. Consider aiming for a higher floor for better views.

Couple Charming Getaway
We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the city and river. It was beautiful to step out and watch the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast included some surprisingly good scrambled eggs and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable.
